Terms and conditions of service for KJD Capital LLC — futures trading automation, indicators, and subscription services for NinjaTrader and TradingView.
- The terms governing use of kjdcapital.us and KJD Capital LLC software, including licensing, payments, refunds, and dispute resolution.
- SMS consent: KJD Capital LLC operates an SMS text messaging program. You opt in by checking the SMS consent checkbox next to the phone number field on our forms. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Messages include Automated Trading Strategies (ATS) Program updates, onboarding and service confirmations, appointment reminders, account notices, and promotional offers.
